1. Nature of the Platform's Role

• The Wujhat platform operates as a technology platform for displaying and selling integrated travel packages that include – but are not limited to – flight reservations, accommodation, transportation, tourist tours, and other travel-related services.
• The tourism services offered through the Platform are executed through independent service providers within the destination country, and Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company remains the contracting party with the Customer and the primary point of contact.
• The Wujhat platform operates through Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company, licensed by the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under license number 73107056, and complies with all relevant regulations, rules, and instructions issued by the competent authorities.

2. Account Creation and Data Accuracy

• The Customer is committed to providing accurate, correct, and complete data when creating an account or completing a booking, and bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided.
• The Customer acknowledges that providing any incorrect or incomplete data may result in the inability to execute the service, without the Platform bearing any responsibility for that.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

• A booking is considered complete and binding only after the payment process is completed and booking confirmation is issued through the Platform.
• The Customer acknowledges that the package details (dates, services, accommodation level, tours) are according to what is specified in the booking confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed on the Platform are final and inclusive of the services specified in the package at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change based on availability and season, and no price is valid except the confirmed price at the time of completing the booking.
• The Customer is obligated to pay the full value of the package through the approved payment methods on the Platform.

5. No Cancellation and No Refund Policy

• The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all bookings made through the Wujhat platform are final and non-cancellable or refundable after booking confirmation and payment.
• As an exception to the above, Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation, consider some exceptional cases, and this does not constitute an acquired right or binding precedent.
• The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any refund request or booking cancellation is subject to the absolute discretion of Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company without any obligation to approve.

6. Modifications and Emergency Circumstances

• The Customer is not entitled to request modification of booking details after confirmation unless the nature of the service permits, and according to what Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company determines in coordination with the service provider.
• In the event of force majeure or emergency circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to government decisions, airport closures, natural disasters, epidemics, or any events affecting service execution, Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company commits to making reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or reschedule the service where possible, without any obligation for full or partial cancellation or refund, and the Customer acknowledges that this does not constitute a breach of the Company's obligations.
• The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the execution of some travel package components may be subject to actual availability from service providers at the time of execution, and that the Company does not guarantee providing a specific room number, specific seat on the flight, specific tour guide, or exact timing for each service. Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company may, when necessary, make modifications or substitutions with equivalent services in terms of level or value, with notification to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that such modifications or substitutions do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle any right to cancellation or refund.

• The Customer commits to using the Platform lawfully, and is prohibited from misusing the Platform or attempting fraud or providing misleading information.
• Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company has the right to suspend or terminate the Customer's account in case of violation of these Terms.
